Hi John, It’s time to take action. This bill is about death on demand. It’s dangerous, and it must be defeated. Join me at the Capitol on Monday to oppose this bill and support the medically vulnerable members of our community. What: Present an overwhelming pro-life presence opposing SB 1003 Over the past few days, hundreds of pro-life advocates across Oregon have sent messages to their state senators expressing their opposition to the bill (haven’t sent one yet? This bill is radical, callous, and dangerous. Please plan to come to the Capitol on Monday. I need as many people as possible to show up for those who cannot advocate for themselves. Whether or not you are able to come, please make sure to submit written testimony opposing SB 1003. Your voice matters. I’ll be sending out some reminders as the public hearing draws closer. Please make plans to come. We must defeat this bill. Because everyone deserves an advocate, Sharolyn Smith |
