This Black History Month, we celebrate those contributions—not just in February, but all year long. From fighting for voting rights to expanding access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity, Delaware Democrats are committed to taking action and addressing inequities that still exist in our communities.
We honor the legacy of leaders like Louis L. Redding, who fought to desegregate our schools, and the ongoing work of Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester and House Speaker Melissa Minor-Brown, who are making history today. But our work is far from over.
Together, we must continue to push for bold policies that uplift Black voices and ensure justice, equality, and opportunity for all.
Thank you for being part of this movement.
