As chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Economics and Consumer Policy, Krishnamoorthi has held multiple hearings about JUUL (and other e-cigarette companies), holding them publicly accountable for preying on minors and breaking FDA regulations.

Krishnamoorthi, who has called on FDA to remove all e-cigarettes from the market during the pandemic, is now going after Puff Bar, the new JUUL.
