* Last night, the U.S. Supreme Court paused ([link removed]) a lower court order requiring President Donald Trump’s administration to release $2 billion in frozen U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funds and handed Trump his first legal victory in his effort to consolidate power.

Judge orders Trump administration staff with knowledge of DOGE to testify

* A federal judge ordered ([link removed]) Trump administration staffers with knowledge of the workings of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to testify under oath in a lawsuit challenging the faux agency’s access to sensitive government databases.

House Democrats introduce bill to repeal executive order that created DOGE

* U.S. Rep. David Min (D-Calif.), along with several other House Democrats, introduced ([link removed]) a bill to repeal Trump’s Jan. 20 executive order that created DOGE.
