I know that the past few weeks have been filled with a lot of chaos, confusion, and policies from the Trump administration that directly harm the American people.

That's why, in this time of great uncertainty, I wanted to reach out and personally share my steadfast promise with you: I will always prioritize making life better for you and your family – not billionaires and the wealthy few. 

That means lowering the costs of prescription drugs so no one has to choose between food and medicine. It means bringing down everyday costs and making it easier for families to make ends meet. It means fighting with everything I have to protect our most fundamental freedoms. And it means staying ready to hold the line against all of the dangerous actions that are undoubtedly still to come from this administration.

But I know that there is no shortage of issues that folks are focused on right now, John.
