S. 9 is a dangerous bill that would rewrite Title IX to exclude transgender and intersex girls and women from participating in school sports. It’s discriminatory, ignores scientific research, and does nothing to address real issues in women’s athletics. In fact, this radical bill could result in the widespread adoption of invasive inspections of young women and girls, putting all women and girls in harm’s way.
