Hi Friend, 

Before we ask for your help in meeting our online goal before our upcoming End of Month Fundraising Deadline, we wanted to talk to you about Gov. Evers' budget proposal from earlier this month. If you missed it, some of his proposals include: 

✅ Boosting funding for K-12 education by over $3 billion

✅ Expanding healthcare options

✅ Investing in major road projects 

✅ Requiring the ultra-wealthy to pay their fair share in taxes 

And while we were glad to see Gov. Evers present a real plan that prioritizes every day Wisconsinites over the rich and powerful, members of the GOP in the state legislature are  already calling it "dead on arrival".

We're disappointed, but not surprised: MAGA extremists in Madison will shut down anything that doesn't serve what they've got on their political agenda. Friend, these lawmakers will hold Wisconsin's future hostage until we put in the work to change things. 

That's why electing Democratic candidates inside and outside of the state legislature is so important. 

Because if we're looking at the bigger picture, we'll have the best shot at realizing Gov. Evers' vision for the future if he's got a Democratic State Superintendent, Supreme Court Justice, and General Assembly standing behind him. 

We're working ahead of important 2025 elections, but 2026 midterm elections will be here before you know it.
