We’ve got work to do.

I’ve always had a thing for rebellion, John.

Every movement that has ever changed the world — from civil rights to women’s liberation to climate justice — started because people refused to stay quiet. They didn’t wait for permission. They didn’t let fear or doubt stop them. They acted.

That rebellious spirit is what’s needed right now.

Because let’s be real — the news under the Trump administration is a never-ending barrage of chaos. Climate disasters, billionaires influencing our democracy, politicians gutting our rights. It’s enough to make anyone feel small. But here’s what I’ve learned after decades of fighting: The feeling of being small is exactly what they want.

They want us to believe we’re powerless. They want us hopeless. But we won’t give them that satisfaction.

We don’t need to be the biggest, the loudest, or the best. We just need to keep showing up. Because every time we raise our voices and refuse to back down — we prove we are not powerless.

That’s why I started the Jane Fonda Climate PAC. To take the spirit of rebellion into the halls of power — by resisting the fossil fuel industry’s influence and electing climate champions who will fight for our future, not corporate profits.

But this work takes resources. If you believe, like I do, that rebellion is as necessary now as it’s ever been, please contribute whatever you can to keep that spirit burning in the climate movement.
