The news broke that far-right Virginia Republican Dave LaRock is running for governor, and he promised to create a government-slashing “Virginia DOGE.”

LaRock’s campaign website says he’ll “cut wasteful spending, slash regulations, and grow the economy.”

We know what that really means because Elon has the same exact playbook—more illegal firings of federal workers and endless chaos and disorder for the Commonwealth’s residents and our economy.

Right now in Washington, I’m doing everything in my power to stop the Trump administration from absolutely decimating our federal government and destroying our democracy.

But if Trump and Musk secure an ally in Virginia with Governor LaRock, the impact Republicans could have on our state is unfathomable.
