The DC primary election is Tuesday, June 2.

The impacts of the coronavirus pandemic are showing just how precarious housing is. The Reclaim Rent Control Coalition is committed to ensuring that DC's most vulnerable residents have the ability to survive and flourish in the city they call home. Rent control has been proven to increase the overall supply of affordable housing, ensuring that residents who have lived in their neighborhoods for generations can stay in the communities that they helped build. In these unpredictable times our coalition is working towards engaging our community members on what is most important to them.

We invited all DC candidates to a virtual interview and give them the opportunity to tell residents how they plan to uplift and make a better DC. We are thrilled to present you with their answers.

Vote Centers

For the Primary Election, 20 Vote Centers will be open from May 22nd - June 2nd.

During early voting days, May 22nd - June 1st, the centers will be open 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. and on Election Day, June 2nd, from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
