Service Academy Announcement

Congressman Sessions, Victor Bendixen, and Victor's family

Enjoyed a week traveling around TX-17! It was great to engage with so many of you across the district. I started in Pflugerville, then headed to East Texas, visiting both Huntsville and Lufkin. While in Pflugerville on Tuesday, I had the honor of announcing the appointment of Victor Bendixen to the United States Air Force Academy. Victor, a student at Hendrickson High School, received a nomination from me for consideration and was ultimately offered this prestigious appointment. He truly represents the best of our community, and I have no doubt he will continue to make us proud as a cadet in the USAFA Class of 2029. Congratulations, Victor!

Trinity Town Hall

Tomorrow, I will be in Trinity County for a town hall meeting. These are essential for me to hear directly from you about how I can best represent our community in Congress. I believe that Texans have the answers to the problems facing our communities and our nation. I look forward to being in Trinity and hope you can join us.
