John,

It's Term Limits Day!

Volunteers across the country are promoting term limits as the South Dakota senate and a Kansas committee are likely to vote on bypassing Congress and calling the term limits convention today.

Correction!  I was just informed that the Kansas Committee just voted unanimously to approve our legislation.  Hopefully we'll have a full vote on the Kansas state house floor soon!

In any event, we have the momentum.

Activities are going on across the country today and I'll report back to you on then in the coming days.

But we need to keep this political momentum going.

In addition to South Dakota we expect final votes in Indiana, Arizona and Nebraska soon.

In a matter of days FIVE more states could officially vote to bypass Congress and call for a convention to impose term limits on the U.S. House and U.S. Senate!

So please, make a special Term Limits Day contribution to help us fund more ads, rallies and media events in these states.  Your donation will be doubled by a generous (and very excited!) donor!

Thank you and I'll keep you updated on the historic vote in South Dakota!

Sincerely,

Philip Blumel
President
