“Americans for Prosperity” -- the infamous Super PAC founded and backed by the Koch family -- is planning to spend more money than ever before in Texas this year. Furthermore, they’ve named our race in North Texas as one of three top congressional seats they plan to buy this November.
I’ll be honest, John, we can’t underestimate them.
There’s a lot at stake for North Texas right now, and special interests are aiming to roll-back all the progress we’ve made together over the last two years. They don’t like the headway we’ve made when it comes to defending voting rights, lowering the cost of prescription drugs and fighting corruption.
