It’s time to get violent, illegal immigrant criminals out of our communities!

We’re fighting back against unconscionable “Super Sanctuary” cities and counties, like San Diego, that shamelessly shield rapists, murderers, human traffickers, and other violent criminals from deportation.

I introduced the Safety Before Criminal Sanctuary Act to OUTLAW these dangerous “Super Sanctuary” policies. Our bill goes one step further by requiring law enforcement to cooperate with immigration officials for illegal immigrants convicted of these horrific crimes. Protesters tried to drown out our announcement of the bill last week but the fight for our communities’ safety could not be silenced.

Rather than reporting what actually happened, the fake news SacBee media shamelessly wrote an article saying we got “booed”.

I was quick to call them out on X and correct the record.

The “reporter” who wrote the deceptive headline just had his last day at the “news” outlet, as he’s now leaving to work at a liberal political lobbying organization.

The truth is, when asked what the bill actually did, protest leaders couldn’t answer the question. They don’t even know what they are protesting, it was all a political publicity stunt.

It’s this type of biased, lazy, and fake news media that we’re up against as we fight to FIX CALIFORNIA.
