Dear Friends,Mississippi's First Congressional District is home to scores of talented young people. It is an honor to highlight their creativity through the Congressional Art Competition. This is an exciting opportunity for high school students. The first place winner will receive two plane tickets to travel to Washington, D.C., to attend the awards ceremony in June.
