In just a few short weeks, Donald Trump has eliminated checks on his power, issued a reckless and unconstitutional funding freeze, and given an unelected billionaire unprecedented access to Americans’ personal data.

None of this helps bring prices down for Americans -- but it’s great for chaos and corruption.

But even in this hot mess of division, I promise to always stand up for our democracy. We must continue fighting back in the courts, in Congress, and, in the long term, through elections to hold the Trump administration accountable.
