During our February webinar, "Together We Thrive: The Power of
Community," members of the Parkinson's community
discussed how personal, community and professional connections
positively impact their physical and mental health. Barbara Salsberg
Mathews shared how her recent Tik Tok dance challenge, an illustrated
book about what Parkinson's feels like, and how developing a
Parkinson's-specific therapeutic mime program are helping the
Parkinson's community and bringing meaning to her own life with
Parkinson's.
