Remembering the Life and Sacrifice of Deputy Martin Shields Jr.

Haley and I ask you to join us in prayer for the family and friends of Deputy Martin Shields Jr. who lost his life in the line of duty last weekend. We must never forget the sacrifice of Deputy Shields for the community he loved.

Securing Our Border One Piece of Legislation at a Time

I spoke in favor of legislation to protect our law enforcement agents who work to secure our borders. The bill was named after Agent Raul Gonzalez who lost his life while attempting to apprehend a group of migrants who entered the country illegally.
