Since the beginning of the year, we’ve been taking the time to listen and learn from all of you – and the message has been loud and clear.
The Colorado Democratic Party needs to be the party that fights for our working families.
Trump is using his "flood the zone" strategy to try to overwhelm us into inaction. You made it clear that our party needs to push back hard and fight the agenda coming out of Washington.
When we sent you a priorities survey last month, you all named “working against Trump’s extreme agenda,” “protecting our democratic system of government,” and “taking bold action to combat the climate crisis” as three of the most important issues facing us today.
We couldn’t agree more.
Throughout this year and into next year's midterm election, we will recruit and support Colorado Democrats who can win tough races and are committed to fighting tooth and nail for our working families. From partnering with our labor unions, organizing marches, and holding Republicans accountable – there are plenty of ways to push back: but we also need a positive vision for the future.
We’re determined to ensure Colorado does its part to elect pro-worker Democrats who will put a leash on Trump/Musk’s extreme agenda and stick up for bigger paychecks, cheaper housing, and strong schools.
