Judge continues to block Trump’s firing of federal watchdog

* A Washington, D.C. federal judge extended ([link removed]) the halt on President Donald Trump's attempted dismissal of watchdog agency head Hampton Dellinger. Dellinger’s agency has been working to reverse the unlawful dismissals of workers impacted by the mass firings of Trump and Elon Musk.

Federal judge denies Trump’s request to unblock birthright citizenship order

* A federal judge in Massachusetts rejected ([link removed]) Trump’s request to pause an injunction blocking his birthright citizenship executive order while the case is in the appeals process.

Trump continues to defy court orders

* A federal judge ruled ([link removed]) — for a second time — that Trump must comply with a court order blocking his administration from cutting off funding to the U.S. Agency for International Development. The Trump administration appealed the decision today.
