A Women's Place

Right now as much as I hate to say it, MAGA and Trump are winning. If you’re tuned in to the news you’ve seen the shocking actions coming out of this administration and rogue unelected agents under the direction of Elon Musk.

What we do right now will determine our path forward and how many of our democratic institutions we can salvage from Trump’s wrecking ball. No one else is coming to save our systems or our people, it’s really up to us.

A lot of you are asking what can I do? Great question. We CANNOT let the Trump chaos stop us from doing what we MUST do now to prepare for midterms this cycle. Trust me that’s exactly what they want. You can play a role in helping us make sure we’ve got the resources to recruit and run candidates who will win and FIGHT BACK for our country — donate now.

We aren’t helpless, though Trump and his cronies want us to think we are. That’s their whole game. But we have the power and the numbers to fight his actions and elect leadership who won’t stand down.

Here’s why we need to get mad and fight like hell together:

A billionaire with countless conflicts of interest, no qualifications, and no formal appointment process is stealing our data and sensitive information, laying off tens of thousands of workers, and even taking over press conferences in the Oval Office. This is truly insane.
Trump is abusing his executive power. He’s trying to fire federal workers illegally, destroy entire federal agencies funded by Congress, drag us into a trade war (or an actual war?) with our allies Canada and Mexico, gut Medicare/Medicaid, halt VA resources, and so much more. Trump is going completely ROGUE.
Meanwhile, GOP leadership is standing by and doing everything Trump commands. They are acting as nothing more than his stooges and they are ignoring the cries of we the people.
Trump has all but pledged allegiance to Putin, flouting our responsibilities to NATO and distancing himself from protecting Ukraine. Unhinged, unconscionable, dangerous behavior.

Even with our minority power, I’m in Congress fighting back. BUT I desperately need like-minded Democrats to join me so we can take back the House majority and STOP Trump with the full force of the law.
