California YIMBY is sponsoring and prioritizing multiple transformational bills in 2025 to tackle our state's housing shortage and affordability crisis – and we're excited to tell you all about them.
That includes some of our high-powered sponsored bills, including SB 79 to expand transit-oriented development. We have more legislation to roll out in the days ahead, and we're excited to tell you more about it. 2025 is a crucial year for housing policy in California, and we can't wait to mobilize the YIMBY movement to pass these major bills.
