Team,

Republicans in Congress are pushing dangerous cuts to Medicaid – putting health care at risk for millions of Americans.

Here in New Hampshire these cuts would be devastating. More than 186,000 Granite Staters rely on Medicaid – nearly half of whom are children. But if federal funding falls below a certain level, our Medicaid expansion trigger law would cut state funding for New Hampshire’s Medicaid program.

Look, this fight isn’t just about numbers – it’s about real people. Families rely on Medicaid to cover life-saving medications, doctor visits, and emergency care. Rural hospitals and clinics are already stretched thin, and under the GOP's budget proposal, they would struggle to stay open.

These cuts to Medicaid would force people to make impossible choices between paying rent, putting food on the table, or getting the potentially life-saving care they need.

I’m fighting back to stop these cuts and protect Medicaid from the GOP's attacks, but I need your help. Can I count on you to stand with me by chipping in $5, $10, or anything you can? >> [link removed]

Thank you,

Chris
