Married couples may together give a total of $10,000 per calendar year. Federal political action committees (PACs) can contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year. The first $5,000 contributed in a calendar year from federally permissible sources will be deposited in The Real Texas PAC's contribution account. Once a federally permissible source has contribuokted $5,000 in a calendar year, The Real Texas PAC will transfer any amounts in excess of $5,000 to its non-contribution account.
