Let’s be clear–I fully support efforts to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse butI firmly believe in the Constitution. The Constitution places oversight in the hands of Congress and grants Congress the power of the purse. Elon Musk should present his proposed cuts to DOGE for consideration by Congress–he cannot act unilaterally.
