Obesity Care Week is Next Week...
Sign Up & Commit to Care!

March 3-7, 2025

John,

Obesity Care Week (OCW) is just around the corner, and the OAC is gearing up for an important week of education, advocacy and action. This year, OCW is drawing attention to a critical issue: the lack of Medicare coverage for obesity medications, which prevents millions from accessing life-changing treatments.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has proposed expanding coverage, and thousands have already raised their voices in support. As CMS moves toward a decision in April, we’ll need to keep the pressure on and keep pushing for change.

OCW will provide you with plenty of opportunities to take action and make your voice heard, along with valuable educational resources about obesity and obesity care. Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved next week!
