Hi Friend –
I couldn’t wait to share this message from Molly with you — her words remind me that we still have reasons for hope.
My kids are 7 and 6. No matter how worried I get for their futures when I read the news, I remind myself that there are still millions of people like you and me who care deeply, and who are speaking out and taking meaningful action.
So today, I’m asking you to take meaningful action for the kids in your life by making a gift of $5.00 to CVPA. With your support, we can ramp up our plans to pass laws that move PA towards clean energy and cut pollution.
If you believe in this movement and a better future for all Pennsylvanians, now is the time to show it. |

Hello Friend –
It’s hard to believe, but Conservation Voters of PA is celebrating 15 years of working to protect Pennsylvania’s environment — and we couldn’t have done it without you.
What started as a team of one with a bold dream has grown into a powerful and diverse statewide movement. From our earliest fights against fracking to holding our pro-environment State House majority in 2024, we are building something incredible together.
But even in the darkest of times, I could never have predicted the reality in which we find ourselves in today.
President Trump’s actions to freeze funds for farmers, pause investments in clean energy and ramp up fossil fuel production, and stall electric vehicle charging infrastructure do one thing: harm hardworking families and enrich his billionaire oil and gas CEO donors.
But Pennsylvania can fight back and hold the line against Trump’s harmful actions and advance policies that will help our communities. |

This road has never been easy these past 15 years. With each victory for clean air, safe water, and improved public health, we’ve faced countless obstacles — from going toe-to-toe with powerful polluters and being outnumbered by anti-environmental lawmakers in the state legislature to overcoming gerrymandered districts and threats to our democratic process.
But we know how to fight and win even in the toughest political climates. - In 2018, through targeted, local investments, we flipped Chester County to pro-environment control and have seen their pro-environment Commissioners take up the mantle of bold action on climate.
- In 2022, we helped elect Governor Josh Shapiro and put the State House in the hands of pro-environment leaders, ending 14 years of anti-environment control of the state legislature.
-
Between 2011 and 2024, we increased the number of state lawmakers scoring 100% on our Environmental Scored by a whopping 91% – proving that a continued presence in Harrisburg coupled with local organizing is a winning combination.
We have fought for 15 years to build this movement, Friend. But our fight is far from over — new challenges are on the horizon, and we need your help to advocate, organize, and mobilize pro-environment voices now more than ever.
Can we count on you to help fuel the fight for Pennsylvania’s future and reach our goal of raising $1,500 over the next 15 days with a gift of $5.00? |

Thank you for being a part of CVPA’s history — and future. Every dollar you give empowers us to fight even harder for our air, water, and communities. Please stand with us today and help power the next chapter of our fight.
With gratitude and determination,
