CREATE + CHANGE
A lot has changed in the last few months, but one thing hasn’t. We’re still committed to addressing America’s most pressing public issues, most recently COVID-19’s impact on mental health and families facing hunger. Plus, we’re proud to announce a brand new website to help you get the information you need.
ANNOUNCING A COMPLETELY REDESIGNED ADCOUNCIL.ORG
Redesigned AdCouncil Website
We’ve excited to announce the brand new AdCouncil.org. The new website brings together our media portal (PSACentral.org), our blog (AdLibbing.org), and our previous site into one place, where you can access our latest creative, learn more about us, and read timely industry news and insights. Check out the new site here.

OUR IMPACT ON THE COVID-19 CRISIS
Slow the Spread of Covid-19
Since the COVID-19 pandemic was declared in mid-March, we’ve worked with more than 75 brands and produced over 255 pieces of content, which has resulted in over $200 million in donated, earned and social media and our content being seen 10 billion times. None of this would have been possible without the support of our partners—because of you, we’ve directed nearly five million people to www.coronavirus.gov

NEW CREATIVE LAUNCHES FOR MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
New Suicide Prevention Creative
Suicide is the second leading cause of death among teens and young adults in America, and amid the COVID-19 crisis, reaching out and checking in on a friend’s mental health is more important than ever. That’s why our Seize the Awkward campaign has created “Whatever Gets You Talking,” an original music video featuring a variety of conversation starters—and talent including rapper Akinyemi, pop star Meghan Trainor, and many music and digital stars. Check out coverage on NowThis, Ad Age and PopSugar.
THANKING ESSENTIAL WORKERS WHO ARE #OUTTHEREFORUS
Thanking Essential Workers
We launched Out There For Us to thank the essential workers on the front lines of the pandemic– including doctors, delivery drivers, grocery store workers and more. The creative features a new song from Alicia Keys, and messages of gratitude posted on social media and later featured in out-of-home placements across the country, including a takeover in Times Square. You can dedicate a message to essential workers using the hashtag #OutThereForUs. Read more about the campaign from BET, People, PopSugar, and USA Today.
