The wait is over! We’re thrilled to announce the powerhouse keynote speakers who will join adrienne maree brown in lighting up Camp re:power. These movement leaders, visionary organizers, and bold changemakers are ready to inspire, challenge, and energize us as we continue the work of building a liberated future.

Nikki Marín Baena (she/her/ella) is a strategist, organizer, and trainer dedicated to building power in Latine communities. She is the co-founder and co-director of Siembra NC, a grassroots organization mobilizing Latine communities across North Carolina. Previously, she served as finance director at Mijente, where she played a key role in coordinating the organization’s Sin El Estado initiative, working with activists in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Latin America to build community-led alternatives outside of state structures. A committed movement educator, Nikki is a core trainer at Training for Change, equipping organizers with the tools to lead effective, transformative campaigns. Carmen Berkley (she/her) is a foundation executive, political strategist, and communications expert dedicated to racial justice and equity. As Vice President of Strategy & Impact at Inatai Foundation, she leads policy, advocacy, and partnerships, shaping the foundation’s transformative grantmaking. Carmen has held leadership roles at the NAACP, AFL-CIO, and Planned Parenthood Action Fund, earning recognition from Essence and Washington Life magazines. A co-author of The Empath Leader, she also serves on the board of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and advises Sephora on equity. In her free time, she produces creative projects, DJs, and enjoys concerts with her husband, Lee Anderson, and their dog, King T’Challa.

Kay Brown (she/her) is a seasoned organizer and operations strategist specializing in political education, voter engagement, and community organizing. As Organizing Director at Advance Carolina, she leads statewide efforts to mobilize communities, protect voting rights, and build long-term civic engagement strategies. With over a decade of experience, she has expanded organizations, strengthened community programs, and enhanced operational efficiency. Previously, she served as Operations Director at People’s Action, streamlining national organizing efforts. A dedicated advocate, Kay serves on the boards of Jalloh’s Upright Services and the Interactive Resource Center and has been honored with the Keeper of the Flame Award for her contributions to social justice.

Nelini Stamp (she/they) is a progressive activist, grassroots organizer, and a leading national voice on racial and economic justice. As the National Director of Strategy and Partnerships for the Working Families Party, she channels grassroots energy into voter power, bridging social movements with electoral victories. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Stamp was galvanized into political action by the 2008 financial crisis and has since co-founded numerous people-powered initiatives, including the Resistance Revival Chorus, Joy to the Polls, and #ResistTrumpTuesdays. Her leadership has been recognized with the Alliance for Justice’s Champion of Justice Award and the Edna Award of Distinction.
