Do you want to rise with us on March 4th by writing a simple thank you note to a teacher?

Dear Friend,

Do you want to rise with us on March 4th by writing a simple thank you note to your child's teacher – and posting a picture of the thank you note online for all to see? Across the country, moms, teachers, parents, and community members are standing up for education together on Tuesday, March 4th. Sign up to let us know you’re interested in being a part of the wave of power supporting education.

It is no secret that our public schools are under threat of drastic cuts, just so billionaires like, Elon Musk, can get even more tax breaks. We cannot and will not let education be undermined by 1,000 paper cuts. That is why we are joining the efforts of our friends across the country to shine a bright light on the tremendous work that happens in our public schools. Please show your support of your local schools and teachers with a hand-written thank you note on March 4th to a teacher or a principal near you.

Are you in? Here’s how to be part of the March 4th Protect Our Kids Day:

We are committed to strengthening our public education system and we will continue to call on our lawmakers to prioritize our children and their education over billionaire tax cuts! So we ask you to join us in supporting our local public schools and teachers by delivering a thank you note acknowledging their hard work and tremendous contribution to our children’s lives and our country's future.

Together, we are a powerful voice.

- Taylor, Ruth, Kristin, and the whole MomsRising.org & MamásConPoder Team.

P.S. What would it mean to you and your children if Donald Trump and his Republican cronies in Congress succeeded in slashing funding or dismantling our public education system? We want to know how this could impact you and your family. Share your story here.
