Tonight, House Republicans voted to pass a budget that will raise costs for Americans while giving trillions in handouts to the ultra-wealthy.

Trump and House Republicans said they would spend the next two years cutting costs for the middle class. But the only thing they are cutting is nearly $1 trillion from Medicaid.

That means millions of people are getting booted off of their health care.

Who do these politicians work for? The rich or the rest of us?

The House Republican budget will make people sicker and poorer. It will force even more people to live paycheck to paycheck while giving the wealthiest Americans a windfall big enough to buy a new private jet.

Democrats stand united against the House Republican budget. We will never support ripping away health care in order to give handouts to billionaires.

The DNC is the only Party committee dedicated to electing Democrats at all levels of government — Democrats who will check Trump and Musk’s power in their cities, districts, and states, while working to bring down costs and protect critical services like Medicaid.
