Trump has turned his back on Ukraine and the post–World War II international order by repeating the Kremlin’s propaganda that Ukraine started the war. This is simply un-American.

To add salt in the wound, Vance’s recent speech in Munich was a disastrous departure from traditional U.S. foreign policy, as he downplayed external threats from Russia and China, instead focusing on criticizing European leaders for issues like free speech and immigration.
