Invitation: Stakeholder Feedback Sessions on Retail Alcohol Product Placement Rulemaking

As part of the Liquor and Cannabis Board’s (LCB) rulemaking on liquor product placement, the agency will hold two online sessions to discuss proposed rule language drafted as part of the rulemaking process.

The sessions cover new proposed draft rule language on retail alcohol product placement. More information about this rulemaking is available on the Rules webpage.

During the meeting please keep the following in mind:

  • Both sessions will be recorded and are subject to public disclosure. The recordings ensure we collect all feedback and that those who can't attend can view the sessions on the Rules webpage at a later date.
  • The Teams chat feature will be on. Questions written in the chat will be saved in the rulemaking file and are subject to public disclosure.
  • Questions and comments in the sessions' chat will not be responded to in real time but will be addressed at the end of the session.
  • Participants will be muted and will be unmuted when the sessions' leader enables their microphone.
