John,

While Democratic Party leaders are mad at progressive groups like Justice
Democrats for urging them to act like a true opposition party and do more
to stop Trump and Musk’s corporate takeover of our federal government, it
turns out they just raked in $2.5 million from the top lobbying firm for
SpaceX this January.

Hypocritical much?

[ [link removed] ]Tweet from Justice Democrats: “What leverage do we have against Elon
Musk?” ask Democratic politicians taking money from Elon Musk’s lobbyists.

Corporate-friendly establishment Democrats like the House Minority Leader
have complained that there’s nothing they can do, but here’s an idea: stop
taking money from the right-wing billionaires and corporate interests
responsible for the situation we’re in, and start fighting for the working
people you represent!

If they won’t, then we’ll challenge them come 2026. We’re actively
recruiting progressive, working-class candidates who reject corporate PAC
money to run against do-nothing Democrats in the next Democratic primary
elections.
