Keeping up with your legislators is easier than you think. Find out what they are working on and on what bills they are considering so that you can better direct their efforts. If your representatives do not hear from you, they will do whatever they wish to do. 

Let your representatives know when they are not doing something right or when they shouldn't be doing something at all. Let them know you appreciate it when they do follow the Constitution and the constitution of your State. Let them know when you have expertise or insight to share with them.

Above all, keep in contact with them. Let them know that you are following what they are doing and share with others so that they may contact their representatives as well.
