Dear john,

My number one job in Congress is working on behalf of you and your families in Georgia. To stay up to date on my work, please follow me on Bluesky, Threads, or YouTube.

The Republican majority in Congress is pushing forward a budget plan that hurts families in our country. In our district, there are 55,433 people on Medicaid who are at risk of losing their health care under this Republican budget plan. That includes more than 37,000 children and 15,000 seniors.

My colleagues and I are using every tool we have to fight against these budget plans and defend families across our country. We are with you. If you have a story of how this impacts you that you'd like to share, please contact my office.

For those facing uncertainty about their jobs, my office and the New Dem Coalition have compiled a Job Resources Guide. You may be able to use this guide to get connected with emergency unemployment insurance, find a new job, start a new small business, or get help with your bills and finances. Download the Job Resources Guide on my website here.

In Congress, I am working on legislation to fight against attacks on important programs and protect your data. I signed onto a bill to protect the United States Postal Service from attempts to consolidate or privatize. My office has helped our neighbors facing mail delays with their cases, and we continue to hear about challenges. If the Administration wants to fix mail delays, it must keep the USPS independent and transparent. Read more and follow me on social media below.

Thank you for staying up to date with my office. Please contact my office at (470) 773-6330 if you have additional questions.

Sincerely,
