Oklahoma,

This week, we CONFIRMED Kash Patel for FBI Director and began a procedural marathon to move President Trump’s legislative agenda forward. While Democrats tried to hold the floor, Senate Republicans steamrolled the opposition. So far, the Senate GOP is 19-0 on confirmations, and we’re excited to deliver on lower energy costs, securing our southern border, and slashing government spending.

We're on a nomination confirmation pace we have not seen since 2001. Wednesday, we even passed Obama's first term numbers. We now have 18 CABINET-LEVEL confirmations, plus one of my personal favorites, Kash Patel as Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). With the first cabinet meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, it will be a packed room!

We only have a few more major confirmations left. Next week, we'll wrap up cabinet-levelconfirmations with Lori Chavez-DeRemer as Secretary of Labor, Linda McMahon as Secretary of Education, Jamieson Greer for Trade Representative, and lastly Elise Stefanik as Ambassador to the United Nations. This is only our first fight.

Just because my time in D.C. has wrapped for the week doesn't man we've quit fighting! After confirming 19 Trump nominees at RECORD pace, we still have four cabinet-level to go. We’re also moving ahead with the Trump legislative agenda. I hope you all watched the USA-Canada hockey game, because that was a way better show than the stunt the Democrats pulled last night. We had what's called a “vote-a-rama” where after Senate GOP got President Trump's budget moving, Senate Democrats tried to create a perception that they were fighting against his agenda. Like Kamala Harris's presidential ambitions, it failed.

Following four years of Democratic rule, small business owners are still feeling the sting of Washington's disastrous spending habits. Thank goodness the Senate confirmed former U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) as Administrator of the Small Business Administration this week. Administrator Loeffler is a proven business owner, advocate, and hard worker. With her, President Trump, and myself at the helm, small business owners in Oklahoma can rest assured that they have advocates in Washington fighting for their entrepreneurial way of life.

This week while I was in D.C., I was hearing from our state staff and constituents across Oklahoma about recent weather conditions. PLEASE STAY SAFE, follow local weather alerts, exercise caution on the roads, and look out for your friends and neighbors. Additionally, if you need anything, do not hesitate to reach out to my offices in the state and in Washington, D.C.

I'll take President Trump's message anywhere. Yesterday, I took it straight to CNN's The Lead with Jake Tapper to discuss the importance of confirming Kash Patelfor FBI Director and America’s response to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Like President Trump, we want to see an end to this conflict and stop the killing. Additionally, we broke down why confirming Kash Patel was an essential first step towards restoring faith and trust in the FBI.

Last time Teamsters President Sean O'Brien and I were in a hearing room together, wenearly came to blows. However, President Trump has a funny way of bringing people together. That's why Sean and I have joined forces to push for my friend, Lori Chavez-DeRemer, to be Secretary of the Department of Labor. President Trump built a historic coalition between business and blue collar workers in November. We need to continue this and my friend Lori is the best choice to lead that effort. That's why I introduced her before the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee for her confirmation hearing on Wednesday.
