The Supreme Court today opted to relist Pena v. Horan and a number of other Second Amendment cases for the next conference. 

There was no explanation given for the rescheduling. Although we now know the next conference will be Thursday, June 4th.

This does not change our legal strategy, and we are still making preparations to litigate Pena at SCOTUS. 

Destroy the Roster
