How did one state respond when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade?

Vermont passed a law aimed at silencing pregnancy centers and their advertising.

The worst part—the new law only applies to centers who do NOT provide or refer for abortions. Any center that provides or refers for abortions is still legally allowed to advertise their services without fear of government censorship.

This statute violates the free-speech rights of pregnancy centers, like Branches, in the state.
