Changes to WDE601 Data Collection
Beginning in July, the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) will collect the WDE601 Annual District Report through the Wyoming Interoperable Data System (WINDS). Collection of the WDE601 in the State Report Manager (SRM) was discontinued for the 2024-25 school year and replaced by WINDS. The 2025-26 Distance Education Grant application will be open April 1–30. Eligible Wyoming school districts, community colleges, and the University of Wyoming can receive a portion of the $170,000 available to develop and maintain Virtual 307 distance education courses and programs offered by districts.
