Extremist leaders in Congress are hard at work to advance a budget resolution that seeks to take money and resources from our most critical programs for the benefit of their rich and wealthy friends. House FY2025 Budget Resolution calls for deep cuts to Medicaid/CHIP will leave over 36 million Americans without health insurance, while more than 40 million Americans could see their SNAP assistance shrink or go away altogether. For many families, this means they will struggle to afford healthy food or healthcare, leading to devastating consequences.
