The Trump administration is pushing a dangerous billionaire budget that cuts trillions of dollars from crucial public programs like Medicaid while giving the wealthy a massive tax break — and it’s moving quickly, under the radar, with little attention from the public. A preliminary vote on the budget could come as early as today.

We know these cuts will slash funding to life-saving services and federally funded programs that millions of us rely. This is a direct assault to our ability to live with dignity.
Alliance San Diego and partners within We Are California understand that this budget hurts our families , our elders , our children , and our communities . It’s a blatant attempt to syphon money for healthcare, food security, and educational opportunities. Darrell Issa, Congressman for the 48th district, supports this proposed budget– his office says [[link removed]] the cuts to Medicaid 'rids it of waste'. Are you a waste? WE think NOT!

Call Your Congressional District Representative NOW and demand they reject this reckless budget proposal! Representatives Issa, Levin, Peters, Jacobs and Vargas all need to hear from us. We will not let this happen without a fight and we need our reps to speak out against Trump's billionaire budget!
