DOGE is gutting the workforce—and the people feeling the impact the most? Veterans.

We all remember Trump campaigning on promises to help veterans, but actions speak louder than words. Instead of supporting those who served, DOGE is stripping away their jobs, their purpose, and their dignity. As a veteran myself, I know the sense of mission that comes from getting up every day and serving a greater cause.  Elon & DOGE wouldn’t understand that.

On top of throwing veterans under the bus, DOGE has also frozen funding for critical research into cancer, Alzheimer’s, and other life-threatening diseases. The United States has always led the world in medical breakthroughs—and now, under DOGE, we’re falling behind and tearing away the fabric of democracy.

If Congress won’t stand up for veterans... if they won’t fight for life-saving medical research... then maybe Members of Congress should cut their own budgets, should cut their staff and especially cut their taxpayer-funded salaries.

If they won’t do their jobs as a coequal branch of government, then why should taxpayers keep funding their waste.
