Unprecedented efforts to rollback federal and state climate and clean air protections, mass firings and other reckless actions are creating a dangerous imbalance skewed in favor of polluters over people’s health and safety.

The generational climate progress and environmental protections put in place over the past four years were built to endure. With our partners, we advocated policies that drive progress now and for years to come and have withstood multiple legal challenges.
