Democrats don’t win without young voters. That’s a fact. From flipping key states in 2020 to stopping the “red wave” in 2022 and defending democracy in 2024, young people have shown up time and time again.
But here’s the problem: The Democratic Party still isn’t investing enough in youth organizing. They count on our energy, our votes, and our passion — but when it comes time to fund the organizing efforts that bring young voters to the polls, we get scraps.
That has to change.
With new leadership at the Democratic National Committee, we have an opportunity to demand real investment in the next generation of Democratic leaders. More campus outreach. More voter registration programs. More year-round organizing — not just in election years.
