We’re proud to announce that our founder, as well as Mississippi's Republican National Committeewoman & MSGOP Vice-Chair, Lesley Davis was awarded the Heritage Foundation’s 2025 Doer Award at the recent Awakening by Heritage Conference.

Heritage first launched this award in 2023 to honor those making a difference nationwide, whether in their personal lives or through their fields of business and who are pushing Heritage’s mission forward through their work. Lesley has pursued a solid conservative agenda for Mississippi for countless years with great success on the state and national level, often behind the scenes.

Lesley has worked on the successful passage of numerous key pieces of legislation including pro-life bills, the SAFER Act and the Fairness Act (together kept men out of women’s sports and safe spaces, including sorority houses and dormitories), the bill that changed Mississippi’s state flag, the Pregnancy Resource Act, the Ban on Gender Transition Treatment for Minors bill, the Safe Haven Baby Box bill, adoption and foster care reforms, numerous election integrity bills and bills addressing human trafficking, and the bill requiring age verification for pornographic websites, to name a few.
