Wisconsin is holding a special election to fill one of its Supreme Court seats. If the liberal candidate wins, liberals will cement control of the court through 2028. If they lose, a conservative justice who upheld Republican-drawn redistricting lines will hold the swing vote.

An Elon Musk-backed group just pledged a $1.6 million ad buy to support to conservative candidate and we need to fight back right away to ensure as many Wisconsin voters aware of the stakes and date of the election as possible. Wisconsin has had some serious drama at the Supreme Court level over the past several years.
