HB1118:

Eliminates religious and personal exemptions for vaccines, stripping away parental rights and forcing medical decisions upon children.

Violates the U.S. Constitution, including the First Amendment (religious freedom), Fourteenth Amendment(due process), and Ninth Amendment (medical autonomy).

Removes accountability for vaccine-related injuries, meaning the government, pharmaceutical companies, and the Department of Health will not be held responsible for harm caused by mandated vaccines.

We Must Act Now – Get Proactive!

This bills and others like it are not just about vaccines—they are about government control and stripping away constitutional freedoms. We cannot leave this fight to a select few. We need everyone to take action to expose the dangers of these bills and put pressure on lawmakers to reject them.

Here’s what you can do:
* Read the Bills! – Go beyond the headlines and see what’s hidden inside. These bills contain hidden agendas, and we need to expose them.

* Look at Who’s Behind These Bills! – Research the authors of these bills and who funds them. This will reveal the special interests behind these dangerous policies.

* Submit Testimony! – Even if you can’t testify in person or via Zoom, submit written testimony to make your voice heard. Every submission adds to the record and puts pressure on legislators.

* Share This Information! – Talk to your friends, family, and neighbors. Educate them about what’s happening and encourage them to take action.

* Contact Your Representatives! – Demand that they vote NO on HB1118 and HB1115 or any other bill that violates the people, their well being and our constitution. Let them know that the people of Hawaii will not tolerate government overreach!
