Over the coming day, our social workers are scheduled to meet 5 youth for the very first time, which means that by the end of tomorrow, our US Survivor Care program has reached over 1,000 children to date.
Love146 has impacted the lives of tens of thousands of young people worldwide—through prevention education, awareness, and supporting survivors. One of the most intensive ways we walk alongside these young people is through our US Survivor Care program, where our licensed social workers provide specialized trauma-informed support. It’s amazing we’ve been able to reach this many youth, but also heartbreaking that we’ve had to –– that this many children need care because of this horrific crime: child trafficking. And there are so many more kids out there who still need this type of support.
For each of these 5 kids, their stories are still unfolding, but one thing is certain: they won’t have to face it alone. Just like the 999 before them, they’ll hear that what happened to them was not their fault and does not define who they are or what they can achieve. Your support provides the resources, care, and encouragement they need to move forward and envision a future free from victimization.
This week, we have to hit a fundraising goal of $93,000 to support this vital program so that we can keep showing up for youth when they need us.
We’re at 30% with 4 days left. Will you step in today and help us get there?

A little over 10 years ago we started this program, serving the first child in January 2014. Today, as we reach 1,000 youth we want to say thank you. This milestone would not be possible without people like you John.
