Click here to send your senator a message, John » House Bill 1169 accomplishes several things to help more North Carolinians vote this fall, like creating an online absentee ballot request system and a tracking system to make sure your vote counts, providing more funding for county boards of elections to make in-person voting safer and more efficient, and requiring only one person to witness absentee ballots. But it needs a few common-sense amendments to make our democracy even stronger, like:
